Proceedings
The proceedings for the SOTANCP4 conference have been published by AIP Conference Proceedings. Each proceeding has been peer-reviewed, published online in perpetuity, and is downloadable without cost.
General Information
The deadline is July 31, 2018. Submissions should be in a “camera-ready” PDF format. Please stay within the following page limits:
- Plenary talks: 12 pages.
- Invited talks: 8 pages.
- Contributed talks: 6 pages.
One-page abstracts are NOT acceptable and will not be published.
Preparation
Templates for both MS Word and LaTeX are available from the bottom of the AIP Author Information page. Detailed instructions are included with the templates.
We have additional documents to help you:

- A copyright license checklist with dos and don’ts. Do NOT fill in the example form on the second page; use the blank version below instead.
- Instructions for embedding fonts.
Submission
A signed AIP Conference Proceedings License Agreement is required with each submission. Permission to use previously published material will also be required if applicable.
