Science with Triton Beams

March 14-15 2024
Florida State University Physics Department, Tallahassee-Florida 32306

The workshop serves to discuss the scientific opportunities for experiments with accelerated triton beams, which will become available at the FSU accelerator laboratory in the near future. The workshop will explore the use of pair-transfer reactions as a tool to extract pairing properties, as surrogate reactions, as a general tool to reach neutron-rich nuclei and other applications. During the workshop we will encourage to form collaborations around experiments and instruments to help maximize the scientific output of this new and unique capability.
