• From Houston Intercontinental Bush Airport:
1. By plane with United Airlines: Most likely you have to change terminal via inter-terminal train.
2. By rental car: Less than 2-hour one-way ride. At the airport in arrival area please follow signs in to find rental car shuttle bus stop. All rental companies are located in the same building and constantly circulating buses will take you there in about 5 to 10 minutes.
3. By shuttle bus: There is a Shuttle bus that takes travelers from any address in College Station to airports in Houston and back. Advanced reservation is required. This option is more suitable for those who carry mobile phone with US number, since driver would like to contact with the traveler at the airport. Please find link to Ground Shuttle Bus here.


• From Houston Hobby Airport:
1. By rental car: More than 2-hour one-way ride.
2. By shuttle bus (same as from the airport above): There is a Shuttle bus that takes travelers from any address in College Station to airports in Houston and back. Advanced reservation is required. • From Austin Texas (only by rental car) about two hour one-way ride. Small airport, conveniently located rental car location that is walking distance right across the terminals.


• For those who are arriving to Dallas, Texas by plane with American Airlines. By car it will take more then 3-hours one-way ride (not recommended).

For symposium participants we have special rates in Hyatt Place Hotel and Homewood Suites. Instructions for reservations will be emailed to each participant.
