Photoproduction of strangeness: K^*Λ/K^*Σ production and KΣ^*(1385) production

Abstract:

We analyze the photon-induced reactions for the production of excited particles with strangeness. We construct models for K^*(892) production and for Σ(1385) production and compare them with the recent experimental data. The role of scalar mesons and nucleon/Δ resonances will be discussed.
