Measurement of the higher order azimuthal anisotropy (v_n) for charged hadrons at RHIC-PHENIX, M. Shimomura, Iowa State University, USA − Measuring the azimuthal anisotropy of particles produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions has been considered as a powerful probe for investigating the characteristics of the quark-gluon plasma (QGP), which is the phase in QCD matter of de-confined quarks and gluons.  In RHIC-PHENIX experiment, we measured several orders of the event anisotropy (v₂,v₃,v₄) at Au+Au in 200 GeV for several centrality bins using the event plane method.  The results of these higher-order event anisotropy constrain the initial geometrical eccentricity and viscosity that are used in hydrodynamical models.  We will present the results of v₂, v₃, v₄ measurement and discuss the simultaneous description with the hydrodynamical calculations.
